A GUIDE ON WHERE TO BEGIN

Step 1: Cleanse

Start off with purchasing a gentle hydrating cleanser like the Societe Pure Everyday Cleanser or Aspect Gentle Clean. Many cleansers are actually the cause of dry skin as they either strip your skin barrier or leave a residue. These two stellar cleansers don't do that! They are both similar but Aspect's version is scented in soft citrus notes while Societe's is fragrance free and contains protective antioxidants. 

Step 2: Serums

If your skin is showing signs of combination skin (eg oily t-zone and dry cheeks), opt for Aspect Extreme B17 as your serum during the day. If your skin is dry all over, a better alternative is Aspect Hydrating Serum which contains both Hyaluronic Acid and Vitamin B, or Aspect Redless 21 if you prefer a calming and protective oil (I attribute Redless to getting my dry skin back on track). At night time, incorporate Aspect Retinol Brulee which will help to speed skin cell turnover and normalise your skin. 

Step 3: Moisturise and Protect

The heaviest moisturiser is Aspect Super Moisturising Complex. This is a wonderful Winter moisturiser. For Summer time, an excellent choice is Aspect Phytostat 9, This moisturiser smells divine and doubles as an eyecream. Sheer Hydration is great if you want something light. For men, I highly recommend Hydrashield. Ensure to wear sunscreen during the day as your final step such as Aspect Physical Sun Protection 50+. 

Step 4: Boost

Once a week, incorporate a mask into your routine in the evening after your cleanse, such as Aspect Hydrating Mask, Probiotic Sleep Mask or Intense Sheet Mask will give you the extra boost you need to hydrate your skin and bring it to a normal state.
